I saw the cuttest gondolier today.
He looked like Young-David Becckam in Venice.

I said Ciao to get the attention from him.

He looked back and this is the photo.

He did not say anything but I am so happy that I captured this photo.

I will point out 3 basic places that you want to see in Venice!

1 First Go to Rialto
Take a vaporetto which is a public water bus and take No.2 and get off at the Rialto bridge.
Rialto is the very center of Venice and you do not want to miss this bridge.
Rialto is like a symbol of Venice. This bridge was constructed across the world-most beautiful Grand Canal in Venice and designed by Antonio da Ponte.

2 Climb up the  Campaniella
This is my favorite part. Whenever my friend comes to visit me in Venice, I will take her to Campaniela in San Marco. It costs 8 EURO to climb up the tower but it is definately Worth to see!
You can look down the whole town of Venice like panorama including Lido, Guidecca, Marghera etc etc. Do not worry, you do not have to go up the stairs because they have the elevator.

3 Go Visit the Palazzo Ducale
Palazzo Ducale is situated just next to the Basilica di San Marco. Inside of the palazzo, you will be amazed to see some gorgeous Golden artistic works and I recommend to see the biggest drawing called the Paradise. It is a bit pricy to enter (I think I paid 17 EURO) but you should see this palazzo once in a lifetime!

追伸:ベネチアで30になります

まさかイタリアで30歳になるとは夢にも思いませんでした。

30歳になる私は20歳の頃の私と何か変わったでしょうか？

明らかに違います。

まず、冒険より安定を求めるようになった。

20歳の頃は自分の可能性に毎日ワクワクして、安定より冒険を求めて世界中にたんけんしにいきました。

人との付き合いはもっぱら広く浅く。

人間関係のしがらみも大嫌いで一匹狼な存在でした。

だから刹那的な人間関係が多かったと思います。

聴く音楽もリンキンパークとかマリリンマンソンとかで激しかった。

さて、三月でついに30歳になります。

10年も旅し続けた結果私は満足した最終地にたどり着いたのでしょうか。

はっきりいって、もう旅はしたくない。

落ち着きたいです。

やっと10年も旅した後に思ったんですね。

パリに行ってって言われても断るかもしれないほど、安定を求めています。

足るを知る事の大切さを思い知らされました。

次がある次があると思ってしまう癖があったのですが、今はこの土地に一生住むかもという態度でイタリアにいますので、友達の作り方もだいぶ変わった気がします。

それとやっと子供(家族)が欲しいなと真剣に思うようになりました。

やっぱり今までは何故か結婚を憧れつつ、怖かったのもあり、様様な縁談がうまくいきませんでした。

あと、外国に一生住むという覚悟も足りなかったと思います。

今は何があっても海外でやっていこうという覚悟は出来ています。

さて、これから何が起きるのやら。

その前にバレンタインですね。

皆様誰と何処で何をするんですかね。

ベネチアのゴンドラに乗ってある場所でカップルがキスをすると愛が永遠になるって知ってました？

Have You Dreamt Enough?

When you were a child, what did you dream of?

Did you dream of becoming a doctor?

Did you dream of becoming a superstar?

Did you dream of becoming a model?

I have dreamt of many things.

I've dreamt of going to America to study for an university.

I've dreamt of going to Paris to study French.

I've dreamnt of going to Italy to study Italian.

I wanted to try to do Karate and wanted to be a champion.

I wanted to be a dancer.

Luckily, all of my dreams came true.

When I was 14, I dreamed of going abroad to live.

When I was 14, my father passed away due to cancer and later my mother took me to trip to see the ocean.

At the sand of the ocean, I wrote a Japanese kanji.

DREAM  夢

I was very depressed that my father died when I was 14 and I was young.

Instead, I dreamed far.

The reason why I overcame the Death of my father was because I have dreams.

And I was lucky to be able to dream.

It's not that temporary stay in a country. I meant a permanent life in another country.

I am 29 now and I am still pursuing the same dream.

I did not know that I would live in Italy though.

However, this dream is not really easy to make it come true.

This dream has to be overcame a lot of obstacles: visa issue, human relationship, health, marriage, job, friendship etc etc etc

I say, if you want to live another coutry and if you want to make it permanently, it is not easy.

However, when dreams are that challenging, I became more passionate of my dreams.

There were days that I almost gave up this dream and go home and cry but according to my belief, to dream is my belief and my belief is to dream.

I was able to survive because I have dreams.

If you want to live for 4 years for study abroad, I say it is not that hard: but if you want to completely move to another country it needs a lot of luck and help from others.

It is going to be my 4th year to live in Italy from August 2015. I have never lived in a same city more than 2 years. I think I am in love with Venice no matter what happened before.

This city made my a lot of dreams come true.

最近はまっている売春婦が食べるパスタ

最近spaghetti alla puttanesca っていうパスタにはまっています。

Puttana はイタリア語で売春婦という意味で、直訳すると売春婦のパスタという意味になります。

トマトソースとアンチョビ、オリーブ、ケッパーが入っていて、こないだレストランでたまたまメニューに入っていて、イタリアに住みはじめて3年目ですが、存在を知りませんでした。

材料は全て私が好きなものだったので、頼んでみると美味しい！

私はまると毎日頼んでしまう傾向があり、完璧にはまってしまいます。

家でも作ってみようかな。

さて、何故娼婦風のパスタと呼ばれるようになったかというと、激務の娼婦が体力を回復するために食べたパスタや刺激的な味わいが娼婦を思い出させるパスタなど色々な説があります。

ネーミングからしてちょっとびっくりするパスタですね。

家でも簡単に作れるパスタです。

レシピ

 

材料 （2人前）

スパゲティ(1.4mm）

200g

種なし黒オリーブ（縦半分にカット

12個

オリーブオイル

大さじ6

アンチョビフィレ（半分にカット）

2枚

ケッパー

24粒

にんにく（つぶす）

2片

赤とうがらし（種をとる）

1本

プチトマト

1パック

トマトホール

1パック

塩

少々

ペッパー

少々

パルメザンチーズ

少々

 

• 赤唐辛子、ニンニクをオリーブ・オイルで炒め、アンチョビ、ケッパー、黒オリーブを入れて風味をつける。
• さらにトマトを入れて、出来たソースを茹でたパスタとからめ、黒コショウで調味する。
• 皿に盛り、粉チーズ、刻みパセリを添えて完成。

今回の事があってすごく価値観が変わった気がします

今回アメリカに行って思ったことは、

二度行かないって一時期思ったアメリカに行って、時間が逆戻りした気がした。

アメリカで数学のクラスが一緒だったクラスメートとあったり、アメリカ人と結婚してもう子供を3人も産んでる友達とあったり、人生は本当にどうなるかわからないって事と、あと人の縁は続いているって事。

旅が長かったせいか、人と別れると刹那主義になってしまい、もうどうせ会えないんだろうなって思ったり。

でも実は縁って繋がってるもので、また10年後に再会することもあるんだってこと。

今回の事があってすごく価値観が変わった気がします。

けんかしても、もう二度と会わないって思っても会ってしまう。

それって縁。

だからこれから出会う人を大切にしようって思いました。

いつかきっとまた会える。

今さよならしてもまたどこかで会おうね。

旅の仕方が変わった。

そしてまたベネチアに戻ってきた。

またベネチアの友達と再会する。

やっぱり帰って来たねって。

縁があるのかな。
